ومكان لأداء الصلوات والعبادة يجتمع فيه سكان الحي تجتمع فيه القلوب والأفئدة للعبادة والصلاة وقراءة القرآن تحتاج إلى اهتمام وعناية من الجهات المسؤولة عنها وتطويرها واكمال نواقصها ومستلزماتها
وتحتاج إلى تكاتف الأفراد والتجار والجهات الخيرية والقيام بدور فعال بالتكاتف والتعاون مع الجهات الرسمية
ويجدر الإلزام بوضع أوقاف لكل مسجد لكي تكون المساجد لها ريع ثابت ليقوم بالصرف عليه وتوفير مستلزماته ونواقصه ودفع أجور العاملين فيها دون الحاجة لإلزام الدولة بالصرف عليها
 Mosques are spiritual and worship
It is a place to perform prayers and worship in which the inhabitants of the neighborhood gather in which hearts and minds meet for worship, prayer and reading the Qur’an that need attention and care from the authorities responsible for it, its development and the fulfillment of its deficiencies and requirements
And it needs the solidarity of individuals, merchants and charities, and to play an effective role in solidarity and cooperation with the official authorities
It should be mandatory to set endowments for each mosque in order for the mosques to have fixed rent to spend on it and provide its requirements and deficiencies and pay the wages of its workers without the need for the state to spend on them
