واصبح الامام له حتى الان والمؤذن بنية المخلف وتم ترميمه عام ١٤٢٦ على نفقة ناصر الرشيد واصبح عمي غانم رحمه الله الموذن له بعد تقاعد بنية حتى توفاه الله
وهو من اقدم المساجد التي بنيت بالشنان
