★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفين في قمة الاحترام وحسن المعامله
السعر اكثر من رائع مقارنة بنظافه السكن وراحة السرير
متوسط لكن موقعه قريب من كل شي وسعرة رخيص .
 Staff at the top of respect and good treatment
The price is even more great compared to the cleanliness of the accommodation and the comfort of the bed
Average but its location is close to everything and cheap price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستوى النظافة متوسط، العمارة قديمة نسبيا، السعر معقول، الخدمات لا يوجد مناشف او ورق تواليت. اثاث المطبخ قليل وغير نظيف. رائحة الشقة سيئة.
The standard of cleanliness is average, architecture is relatively old, price is reasonable, services are no towels or toilet paper. Kitchen furniture is few and not clean. The apartment smells bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بذكر تجربتي معهم بكل صراحة ومصداقية :
1- الاهتمام بالزبون ممتاز جدا
2- الخدمات متواجدة حولك (مغسلة ملابس -مطاعم-سوبرماركت) طبعا تعطي الاستقبال فاتورة الطلب وهم يوصلونها لك للغرفة
3- تنظيف الغرفة وغسيل لحاف السرير والمخده اذا كنت خارج وراجع
4- كان تسجيل الخروج من الشقة الساعه 2 الظهر وتم تمديده الى 4 العصر بدون رسوم وبتعاون معهم
بشكل عام انصح به وبشده واسعارهم مناسبه
By stating my experience with them frankly and credibly:
1- The customer care is excellent
2- Services are available around you (laundry - restaurants - supermarket) of course the reception gives the order invoice and they deliver it to you to the room
3- Clean the room and wash the bed quilt and pillow if you are outside and review
4- Check-out from the apartment was at 2 pm and it was extended to 4 pm without fees and in cooperation with them
In general, I highly recommend it and their prices are reasonable

بصراحة ابداع وجميل ، تعاملهم راقي جدآ تصاميم الغرفة الي احنا فيها كويس جدآ وسعرها مقبول ١٠٠ ريال فقط بعض الفنادق مبالغة جدا في الاسعار لاكن هذا كويس بذمة وامانة ( الخلل في المصعد من البدروم للدور الاول ) المصعد قديم شوي فقط هذي العيوب بالتوفيق

Frankly, creativity and beautiful, their treatment is very sophisticated. The designs of the room that we are in are very good and the price is acceptable for 100 riyals only. Some hotels are very exaggerated in prices, but this is good and honest (the defect in the elevator from the basement to the first floor) The elevator is old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت اجيها من سنوات وكل مره السعر يرتفع سعره الغرفه كان ب120 اصبح الان 180-200 ولاتغير اي شي في الغرف نفس الاثاث نفس كل شي النظافه لك عليها ودورات المياه فيها مشاكل في السباكة يميزها موقعها كويس
I've been coming to it for years and every time the price goes up, the room price was 120, now it's 180-200 and you don't change anything in the rooms, the same furniture, everything is the same, the cleanliness for you on it, and the bathrooms have plumbing problems, distinguished by their good location
