★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل ممتاز وخصوص السوداني ابو احمد وبعد سفره ابو اسلام من مصر الحبيبة كانت لهم زيارة للموقع الفلة لدي قبل التعاقد واعطاء نصائح للموقع العام للمصعد ومن حيث الاسعار عاديه مثلهم مثل السوق
The deal is excellent, especially the Sudanese Abu Ahmad, and after traveling Abu Islam from the beloved Egypt, they had a visit to the Fella site I have before contracting and giving advice to the general site of the elevator, and in terms of the normal prices, just like the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمات مابعد البيع سيئه جداً وخدمة الطوارئ غير متوفره لديهم ، المصعد مركبه له سنتين وتعطل اكثر من ٥ مرات ولا لقيت استجابه لازم تكون مشكلتك في وقت الدوام الرسمي غيره انتظر الى ان يبدأ وقت الدوام الرسمي وبرضو لن تتم خدمتك وفيه مرات فيها احتجاز وانا مسوي معهم عقد صيانة ولا لقيت احد يستجيب معي تجربه سيئه للاسف
The after-sales services are very bad and the emergency service is not available to them. The elevator is a two-year-old vehicle and has broken down more than 5 times, and I did not find a response. Your problem must be in the official working time. Other than that. Wait until the official working time begins, and you will not be served. There are times in which there is detention, and I have a contract with them. Maintenance and I did not find anyone to respond to me, unfortunately, a bad experience

كل فتره لازم يطلع خلل:
مره مروحه مره لمبات مره البرمجه غلط يفتح ولا يقفل.
للامانه تمنيت دافع اكثر ومأخذ شي زي الناس
حطيت نجمتين لان فريق الصيانه تعاملهم محترم لكن كجوده سيئ جدا لا انصح

For the safety, I wished more motivation and something that people like
I got two stars because the maintenance team treated them respectfully, but as a very bad quality I would not recommend
