★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rich place at 12 pm of today ( Sunday)..only recepcion girl and one nail girl ... I spend 2 hours and any one came ... the receptionist told me that maybe the hair worker will come at 3, maybe 4 ... without sure ... could you imagine this situation ??? She was cancelling all appointments for today because not staff there ... unbelievable..

We were here around 3 (pm) to do our nails, the workers are supposed to come at 4, one arrived 5:55 and the other one still hasn't arrived, it's 7:20 now, they kept us waiting without an explanation!!!!!!! The ladies at the reception were nice and all but didn't offer any real help,not that they could, we spent 7 hours in this damn to do our nails and it's not even worth it, one things for certain tho, this is my first and last visit to this place.
لطوعنا الله يلطع العدو، جينا ٣ العاملات مفروض يوصلون ٤ ماجو إلا متأخر وشغلها بطيء جداً، لا أنصح ابداً بالمشغل. جلسنا ٧ ساعات فيه بس عشان بدكير....ويليته زين:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this salon recently and i had to wait 1.5 hours for a simple hair trim. Anyone visiting this place please be patient because there's and extremely long wait because of lack of staff. Just 2 ladies working and assigned all the tasks for hair, face and other things.
Although the job was done well but this salon surely lacks hygiene and basic tidiness specially in times of an ongoing pandemic!
