A	Anood Asseri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يفوز في سوء الاستقبال (ريسبشن) توجد ٣ كونترات استقبال و ٣ موظفات، وكلهم مجتمعين على كاونتر واحد لخدمة (عسكري بمرافقة سجين) وهو جالس يقز فيهم هو و السجين والموظفات مرتاحين مع الموضوع بغض النظر عن ان العسكري و السجين تجاهلوا المرضى الواقفين بانتظار خدمة الاستقبال (وقطعوا الصف)، لم تتكرم واحده من الموظفات الثلاثة بخدمة باقي المرضى!! Bad reception wins There are 3 reception counters and 3 female employees, all of whom are gathered on one counter to serve (a soldier escorting a prisoner) while he sits snoring in them and the prisoner and the female employees are comfortable with the subject Regardless of the fact that the military and the prisoner ignored the patients waiting for the reception service (and cut the line), not one of the three female employees was kind enough to serve the rest of the patients!!
M	Mohammed Abdullah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقسم بالله العظيم انه أسوأ مستوصف وديت الوالد فيه و صرفو له علاج اقسم بالله من بعدها تضاعف المرض عليه بسبب العلاج الي اعطوه حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل I swear to God Almighty, it is the worst clinic in which I loved the father, and they gave him treatment, I swear to God, after that, the disease doubled on him because of the treatment they gave. God suffices for them and is the best agent
أ	أبو عبدالله متفائل on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرته اكثر من مرة لاخذ مسحات كرونا لي ولغيري من ناحية التنظيم خارج المركز تنظيم غير مرتب تمام طول المسار الذي يقفون فيه الناس طويل جدا الامر الاخر فيه من جميع الاعمار الاقتراح كالتالي اولا لابد من زيادة عدد الموظفين في المركز الامر لاخر يكون هناك فريق مختص بتنظيم مسار الانتظار وذلك يحصل المريض على رقم ولايحتاج ينتظر واقف ساعات ويكون هناك شاشة خارجية تسجل الارقام وكم وصل الدور هذا مجرد اقتراح انا لا الوم العاملين ووالطاقم ولكن لابد من معالجة الموضوع I visited it more than once to take corona smears for me and others In terms of organization outside the center is completely disorganized organization The length of the path in which people stand is very long The other thing is all ages The suggestion is as follows First, the number of employees in the center must be increased It is up to another person. H	Hamad 22ksa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء للغاية في التعاطي مع الحالات الايجابية من الكورونا لا يوجد تنظيم ابدا وغير متقنين لعمل المسحة بشكل الصحيح زرته اول مره بتاريخ 27/7 لعمل مسحة للعائلة وبعد يومين طلعت النتائج سلبيه بستثناء احد اطفال لم تظهر الا بعد اربع ايام و ثلاث بلاغات مع وزارة الصحة والمصيبه النتيجة مرفوضه ويجب اعادة المسحة مره اخر الكارثة ليست هنا بل في نفس اليوم اللتي ظهرت في النتائج سلبيه مرضت بنتي الصغيرة واليوم اخذتها لمستشفى الولادة وبعد الفحص سالني الدكتور هل خالطتم احد مصاب رديت نعم لكن عملنا مسحه وسلبيه قال الاعراض اشك فيها لازم نعمل مسحه مره ثانيه ولما عمل مسحه ثانيه اخذت النتيجة 24 ساعه فقط لتظهر المفاجئة ايجابيه تخيلو 48 ساعه الفرق وللمعلومية كنا مسوي عزل منزلي في استراحه ما معنا احد ولما راجعت المركز مره ثانيه لان مستشفى الولادة قالو لازم تروح عيادات تطمن لما رجعت المركز صدمت من التنظيم كان تاريخ 8/2 الساعه 4:30 كان في ممرض سعودي من اسوا التنظيمات والاحترازات كان فيه تكدس للمرضى الايجابين مع السلبين وراح ارفق الصور اتمنى من وزارة الصحه فرع عسير زيارة المركز والوقوف عليه لانه يزيد من الاصابات Very bad in dealing with positive cases of corona, there is no regulation at all and not skilled in doing the swab properly. I visited it for the first time on 7/27 to make a swab for the family, and after two days the results were negative with the exception of one of the children that did not appear until after four days and three reports with the Ministry of Health and the disaster The result is unacceptable and the swab must be repeated the last time. The disaster is not here, but on the same day that negative results appeared. My little girl got sick and today I took her to the maternity hospital and after the examination the doctor asked me whether you had contact with an injured person. Doing a second scan, the result took 24 hours only, to show a positive surprise. Imagine 48 hours, the difference and for information, we were isolated in my house while we had no one, and when I went to the center for a second time because the maternity hospital they said, you have to go to clinics. When I returned to the center, I was shocked by the organization. 4:30 There was a Saudi nurse in one of the worst regulations and precautions in which there was a congestion of positive patients with the thieves, and I kept attaching pictures. I wish the Ministry of Health, Asir branch, to visit the center and stand on it because it increases injuries

B	Basem Faqeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسم الله .. راح ابدأ في اول زيارة لي للمركز وفي وقت متأخر زيارة إيجابية من جانب الدكتور المرحب بالجميع د. يحيى بارك الله فيه .. اما السلبيات فهي عدم توفر اكثر من ثلاث دكاتره بالرغم انه 24 ساعة ، وعدم تهيأت المكان كامل لستقبال اكثر عدد ممكن من الحالات كونه الملجأ الأول قبل اي مستشفى. In the name of God .. I will start on my first visit to the center and in the late hours a positive visit from the part of the welcome doctor Dr. Yahya, may God bless him.. As for the negatives, they are the lack of more than three doctors, although it is 24 hours, and the entire place was not prepared to receive as many cases as possible, as it is the first refuge before any hospital.
