١- عدم وضوح الاجراءات
٢- بطء في الخدمة
٣- عدم الاخلاص والتفاني في العمل من البعض
وهناك امور ايجابية أيضًا وهي:
١- المبنى حديث ونظيف ومجهز بكافة المرافق
٢- تعامل الموظفين جيد
٣-يوجد مواقف سيارات مجهزة لهذا الغرض
The reason for this evaluation is the following negative things;
1- Lack of clarity of procedures
2- slow service
3- Lack of sincerity and dedication to work from some
There are also positive things:
1- The building is modern, clean and equipped with all facilities
2- Staff behavior is good
3- There are car parks equipped for this purpose
