★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مدير ونائب المدير سيئين المعامله نريد الإنصاف منهم وفصلهم لأنهم لا يستحقون العمل في هذا المبنى الحكومي المصرح من قبل وزاره العدل حيث لابد من الأمانه ومخافه الله في مثل هذا المكان يتحيزون مع طرف ضد طرف تخلو عن الضمير الإنساني وعن المروءه وإبراء الذمه فوالله هذا المكان للم شمل الاسره لا يرضى بمثل هؤلاء الاشخاص يسعون لمصالحهم الشخصيه فحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
 The manager and the deputy director are ill-treated. We want fairness and separation from them because they do not deserve to work in this government building authorized by the Ministry of Justice, where there is a need for safety and God’s fear in such a place are biased with a party against a party that leaves the human conscience, dignity and self-release. By God, this is the place for inclusion. The family does not accept such people who seek their personal interests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله مركز وجمعية جميله جداً واشكر كل الموظفات هنك دائما متعاونات بس الطرف الثاني دائما يحاول يشكك في مصدقيلتهم هم مجرد موظفات للتسليم والاستلام
I swear to God, a very beautiful center and association, and I thank all the female employees. They are always cooperative, but the second party always tries to question their credibility. They are just delivery and receiving employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ المراكز ، استقبال سئ و موظفات غير مؤهلات ، موظفات متحيزات لطرف ضد الآخر
تعامل سئ جدًا مع الأطفال و مع أمهاتهم
سئ و عنصري و متحيز جدًا
الموظفات غير مؤهلات نهائيًا
أسلوب وقح في الاستقبال و في المعاملة
طريقة تعاملهم مع الأطفال ( ترضيخهم للمعنّف و اسكاتهم و العمل معاهم على تقبل العنف و كأن العنف و الخوف هي طريقة الحياة )
تتكلم المشرفة مع الطفلة و تقول لها لا تقولين لأمك الأشياء اللي يقولها لك ابوك او يسويها معاك
لو عنفك ابوك اسكتي !!!!
يعني ايش !!
يعني تستسلم الطفلة للضرب و الاهانة و تسكت في سبيل تنفيذ الزيارة !!!!!
و حرفيًا تقول لها ( هو في ساعة غضب ) !!!!

The way they deal with children (accepting the abuser and silencing them and working with them to accept violence as if violence and fear were the way of life)
The supervisor talks to the child and tells her not to tell your mother the things that your father tells you or settles with you.
If your father abused you, shut up!!!
I mean what!!
I mean, the child surrenders to being beaten and humiliated, and remains silent in order to carry out the visit!!!!!
And literally you say to her (he is in an hour of anger)!!!!

التجربه في مركز شمل سيئة جدا
المعامله سيئه جدا اتجاه الاباء والامهات والاطفال في مركز شمل
وخاصه مدير المركز الشلوي
١-يتم اخذ الاطفال بالقوه الجبرية للطرف الأخر والكذب وتعسف في
٢-استخدام السلطه يتعامل مع الناس بطريقة غير لائقه
٣-ويقوم بتسجيل محضر مخالف للواقعه
٤-حتى أن المركز عليه اكثر من بلاغ المدير الشلوي
٥-فهل يعقل ان ارى الموطنين هنا في التقيم في قوقل كله كذب
٦-غير هذا الشهود العيان على المدير الشلوي كاستخدام سلطه والتعسف في استخدمها وتلفظ على المراجعين
٧- علما ان مركز شمل لجنة التنمية الاجتماعيه الاهليه بحي بالقيم كيف وصلت الى مرحلة انه تنفذ احكم الزياره ؟؟؟
٨- يحق لي كل مراجع تعرض للظلم من قبل مركز شمل
الاتجاه الى هيئة الفساد نزاهة ويتقدم بشكوى

The experience in the included center is very bad
The treatment is very poor towards parents and children in the Shamal Center
Especially the director of the Chilean Center
1- Children are taken by force of the other side, lying and arbitrary

5- Is it possible that I see the citizens here in the evaluation page on Google, it is all a lie?

7- Knowing that the center included the National Social Development Committee in a neighborhood with values, how did it reach a stage that it would implement the wisest visit ???
8- I have the right to all references subjected to an injustice by the Shamal Center
