★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لان الخباز يعجن العجين بيده بدون قفاز ماحبيت مخبزهم ولا عاد دخلتها اتمنى يترفع مستوى النظافة اعرف انه داخل الفرن مايمفع يلبس قفازات لكن العجن والتشكيل البس لو سمحت قفاز وكمام يع الشعرباليد ? بس اتخيل المنظر الي شفته كرهت المكان كله والا اتمنى من قلبي يحافظوا ع النظافة ويتطور ويخدم الحي بشكل اكبر لان الحي محتاج اماكن تخدمة زي كذا
Because the baker kneads the dough with his hand without a glove. I loved their bakery and did not enter it again. I hope the level of hygiene increases. I know that inside the oven, it does not wear gloves. But kneading and shaping. And it serves the neighborhood more because the neighborhood needs places to serve such and such
