الاولى ان عند التسجيل لا يتم توضيح ان المسبح غير شامل علما اني بعد مناقشتي للموظف الاستقبال اصر انه ابلغني و هذا غير صحيح أطلاقا
الثاني ان اوقات العمل متغيره حسب المزاج
حيث ابلغني ان يفتح النادي من بعد صلاة الفجر حتى الساعه 12 ما عدا يوم الجمعه من 2 حتى 10 بالليل
و يوم الجمعه اتيت 2 و نصف الظهر وجدته مغلق و جيت بعد العصر و سألته قال من الساعه الثالثه
و افادني ان يوم الجمعه مستقبلا مغلق لأن الحضور قليل اعتقد انه ليس عذر
اتمنى ان يتم اعادة النظر و التوضيح للمشتركين

The first is that when registering, it is not made clear that the swimming pool is not included, knowing that after my discussion with the receptionist, he insisted that he informed me, and this is not true at all.
The second is that working hours vary according to mood
Where he informed me that the club opens from after the dawn prayer until 12 o'clock except on Friday from 2 until 10 at night
And on Friday I came at 2:30 in the afternoon and found it closed and I came in the afternoon and I asked him and he said from three o'clock
And he informed me that Friday is closed in the future because the attendance is few. I think it is not an excuse
I hope that the subscribers will be reconsidered and clarified
