The branch is always busy, so you expect to spend more time waiting for your car to be serviced, or you just need to leave it there and come back to take it.
They have a small lounge if you want to wait, and they serve water, coffee and tea.
Prices are definitely better than car agencies but are not cheap. There's always some room for negotiating the price with the manager, and it depends on the work volume that you have.
If you need major maintenance, try to come early in the morning, as it gets crowded after wards.
