★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i booked an appointment with “dr awra” even though i wanted to book with dr faisal because he already has a background on my dental case. my appointment today was at 8:30 and i arrived there and waited for an hour and a half! i kept going to the receptionist asking her about my appointment and she kept telling me to just sit down and wait, i saw three patients seeing dr arwa even though i came before them. I left at 9:40 then at 10:00 the receptionist at the clinic called me and asked me if i was STILL at the clinic! don’t you respect that other people got things to do? I’m very disappointed in celeens clinic and it might be my last time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a facial with a nurse called raya, she was really nice and gentle, make sure to have raya guys.I keep on going there for some minor beuty procedures, and i’ve always spend a lot of time waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience at the clinic, I was having a laser appointment and the nurse was so rude and the way she did it made my skin burnt and I was suffering for more than one week. I will never come back again and I advise people to do laser in a good and more professional clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laser machine went out of order in the middle of the session and I was freezing with cold room temperature of 20 c while most of my body is exposed!!! I asked to turn it off or warm me but I was neglected.
Not to mention that cuts all over my legs from their careless incompetent staff that does her job with headphones on blasting music while shaving.
Worthless experience. Just run away.

I didn’t even try their services as I went to my appointment at 12pm and the receptionist didn’t show up until 12:20 and then told me to wait some more! The staff were very unwelcoming too.
