رجل اشترى سلعه قيمتها ١٠٠ ريال +١٥ ريال ضريبه ودفع عن طريق شبكة مدى واراد ان يعيد السلعه ولاكن اعاد له ١٠٠ ريال فقط ورفض اعادة الضريبه بدعوى انه دفع عن طريق الشبكه
