★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حتى ربع نجمه ماتستاهلونها جبت طفلي اكثر من مره للمركز واليوم لما جبته رفضو يدخلونه بحجة انه صغير رغم ان عمره ٣ سنوات والموظفه تقول لا احنا ندخل من ٣ سنوات ونص !!! رغم انه فيه لوحة كبر الباب مكتوب عليها نستقبل الاطفال من ٣ سنوات !! حتى اعتذار او ادب مافيه تحسها هي وموظف الاستقبال شوي ويطردوني! او بمعنى اصح طردوني ، من اول مره شفت هذي الموظفه مارتحت لها لا ذوق ولا ادب تحس ان عندها مشكله شخصيه معاي مادري ايش قصتها !! مركز فاشل وموظف استقبال فاشل وموظفه فاشله ماعندهم اي مهنية ولا لباقه وماجبت طفلي بهالمركز الا لانه اقرب شي لبيتي ولا لاتظنون انكم مميزين مركزكم فاضي تهشون ذبان لا تنوع بالالعاب ولا تسليه ولاشي الاطفال اللي كم نفر يلعبون ع الصامت من كثر الملل
 Even a quarter of a star you don't deserve, I brought my child more than once to the center and today when I brought him they refused to enter him on the pretext that he is young even though he is 3 years old and the employee says no, we have been entering for 3 and a half years!!! Although there is a sign on the door that says, “We welcome children from 3 years!!” Even an apology or politeness does not make her and the receptionist feel a little and they fire me! Or, in other words, they fired me. From the first time I saw this employee, I was comfortable with no taste or manners. She felt that she had a personal problem with me. I don't know what her story is!! A failed center, a failed receptionist, and a failed employee. They do not have any professionalism or tact, and I did not answer my child in this center except because it is the closest thing to my home, and do not think that you are special. Your center is empty.

بقلكم تجربتي. حطيت طفلي. عمره ٤ سنوات تو داخل المكان
المكان غريب. عليه طبعا تو اخرج من عندهم مالي. ٤ ثواني
دقو علي تعالي. ولدك يبكي. مايسكت كيف مايسكت وديته حضانات له سنوات لكن المكان غريب. الطفل لابد يبكي مستغرب. الموظفات اللي فيه كلهم مو طايقين نفسهم وعل جوالاتهم وتاركين الاطفال. ويقولو دارسين حق اطفال ? كيف. دارسين ومايعرفو يكسبو الطفل مو لحالي. كذا وكده عندهم نفس الكلام تقلي. كل اللي يشوف تعليقي. والله العظيم مركز فاشل. والله ثم والله. جربت افضل واسعار افضل. وطفلي ينبسط واخده وهوا مبسوط. لكن عندهم اقسم بالله يخرعو اللي فيه كلهم

And my child is relaxed and I took him and he is happy. But they have, I swear to God, they are all in it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز مميز وتعامل رائع من المشرفات، يمكن عتبي الوحيد استخدام المصطلحات الانجليزية مع الاطفال بشكل ملفت للنظر! يعني الطفل سعودي والمشرفة سعودية فليش تقول له يله بنحط معقم "سكرب يور هاند"! او لتز قوو تو ذا زوو! ليتكم والله تنتبهون لهالملاحظة البسيطة وشكرا لكم ?
A distinguished center and a wonderful interaction from the supervisors, my only reproach can be to use English terms with children in a striking way! I mean, the child is a Saudi and the supervisor is a Saudi woman, so why do you tell him, "Night, we should put your scrub sanitizer on your hand"! Oh let's go to the zoo! I wish you, God, would pay attention to this simple remark, and thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمنى من موظف الاستقبال مايحط عقله بعقل طفل بعمر ٦ سنوات ويأخذ الموضوع بشخصنه مهما حدث من سلوكيات يظل طفل صغير بحاجة للتوجيه ??
I hope the receptionist will not put his mind to the mind of a 6-year-old child and take the matter personally. Whatever behavior happens, a young child remains in need of guidance ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نزلنا الاولاد وانبسطوا المركز نظيف ويهتمون بالتعقيم والمشرفات متخصصات واللي يعجبني مستوى التعامل وقوانين المركز والامان . برامجهم مميزه بقوووه
We brought the children down, and the center is clean, and they are interested in sterilization, and the supervisors are specialists. I like the level of treatment, the center's laws, and safety. Their programs are very special

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز جيد و لديه عده انشطه يستقبل حتى 8 سنوات و المركز نظيف و مرتب و يوجد مشرفات و لابد من كود يرسل علي الجوال المسجل عند دخول الطفل لكي يتم خروجه

A good center and has several activities that receives up to 8 years old. The center is clean and tidy. There are supervisors. A code must be sent to the registered mobile when the child enters in order for him to be discharged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I organised an Eid party at Hi5 Centre. I was absolutely delighted with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. It was one of my first choices and I am so glad I went with it. They took care for every detail starting from decorations, gifts, entertainment activities, food for kids and parents, welcome banner, digital invitations and after party clean up. I was in awe with the quality of service and the fact that they followed all of my instructions including customising the decor and table ware to incorporate the theme I desired. It looks pretty small from the outside but it is much bigger and the team is amazing to entertain the kids throughout the party which can last for 3-4 hours. I would definitely recommend this place for your future events or just for a play date:)
