★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم زيارة مركز جهاد المبدع لعمل توضيب للجير لسيارتي تاهو ٢٠١٥ حسب تأكيد الشركة لي ولكن عند زيارتي للمركز المبدع بأن عليهم التأكد من ذلك بالكشف على السيارة واتضح بأنه لا يحتاج توضيب بل يجب تغيير الباكم وتم التغيير وانتهت المشكله
فجزاكم الله خيرا على مجهودكم
 The creative Jihad center was visited to do gear packing for my Tahoe 2015 car, according to the company’s confirmation to me, but when I visited the creative center, they had to make sure of that by inspecting the car and it turned out that it did not need packing, but rather the back should be changed, and the change was completed and the problem was over.

تعرضت سيارتي نوع يوكن موديلها ٢٠١٠ م لعطل في التكايات و طرمبة الزيت مما أستلزم زيارة مركز جهاد المبدع لصيانة السيارات بجده فرع السامر للكشف العام علي السياره و كان في إستقبالي المهندس أبو الليث من سوريا صاحب الإبتسامة الجميلة و الأدب الجم ليتفضل بالكشف المباشر و تحديد جميع العيوب و الخلل بها مما تطلب بقاء السيارة لديهم لأصلاح الخلل .
ولكن العجيب بالأمر و الذي أراه فريدآ و مميزآ من نوعه أن المركز لديه خدمة التواصل عبر الواتس ليوثق من خلاله كل جزئية تتعلق بالفك أو التركيب صغيرة أو كبيرة ليطلع العميل عن كل شئ يخص سيارته دون أن يتكلف العميل مشقة الحضور و الإطلاع علي مجريات الإصلاح .
و بكل أمانة و صدق تلقيت من مركز جهاد المبدع كل إهتمام و عناية فائقتين من أول ساعة دخول السيارة للمركز و حتي الإنتهاء من إصلاحها تمامآ .
كما أن المركز يوفر أجود قطع الغيار الأصلية و بأسعار تنافسية عن السوق خدمة منهم للعميل دون أن يتحمل العميل أية مشقة أو تعب .
و أوصي بالشكر الإستاذ القدير ابو محمد حسين مدير المركز و الأخوة العاملين معه .
فالعلاقة التي بين المركز و العميل كانت علاقة تكاملية يملؤها المحبة و الصدق في التعامل والسرعة في التنفيذ فلهم مني خالص الشكر و التقدير و أدعوا الله لهم بالتوفيق و التألق و النجاح .
Peace, mercy and blessings of God
My car, a Yukon model 2010 AD, was damaged in the tires and the oil pump, which necessitated a visit to the Jihad Al-Mubdaa Center for Car Maintenance in Jeddah, Al-Samer Branch, for a general inspection of the car, and I was received by the engineer Abu Al-Laith from Syria, the owner of a beautiful smile and good manners, to please direct detection and identify all defects And the defect in it, which required the survival of the car with them to fix the defect.
But the strange thing, which I see as unique and distinctive of its kind, is that the center has a WhatsApp communication service to document every detail related to the jaw or installation, small or large, to inform the customer about everything related to his car without the customer having to come and see the repair process.
And with all honesty and sincerity, I received from the Jihad Al-Mubdaa Center all the utmost attention and care from the first hour the car entered the center until the completion of its repair completely.
The center also provides the finest original spare parts at competitive prices from the market to serve them to the customer without the customer bearing any hardship or fatigue.
I would like to thank the Almighty Professor Abu Muhammad Hussein, Director of the Center, and the brothers working with him.
The relationship between the center and the client was a complementary relationship filled with love and honesty in dealing and speed in implementation, so they have my sincere thanks and appreciation and I pray to God for them success, brilliance and success.
