It has been 3 weeks after my “diagnosis” and they failed to send the proper paperwork to the insurance company and I called 4 times and everyone they say “sorry we will do it” with no vein. Now they just put me on hold and then don’t answer. I don’t recommend anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a patient and the customer service is absolutely appalling - they answered my call and promised to call me back and failed to do so. When I told the one who answered I am no satisfied with the customer service the reply was “OK” I had to call 22 times until they answered- I was also asked to send my insurance policy number via WhatsApp-absolute shambles of a service !
