★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف غيرت عندهم البواجي وزيت القير ولاحظت ان فيه صوت من بعدها، طلع ما ركبوا أحد الليات صح وزينوه بدون اي اعتذار او تعويض عن المشوار او الضرر اللي بيتسبب فيه!
تحديث بعد الرد:
السيارة شبه جديدة ولم يسبق ان دخلتها ورشة اطلاقا، فمسألة إن اللي قرر انه ينكسر من نفسه وبعد ما دخلت السيارة عندكم وحسب كلام الموظف ان تغييرها صعب ويحتاج لفك الثلاجة حسب ما أذكر فالواضح انه خطأ من العامل .. والخطأ وارد لكل من يعمل لكن الخطأ الأكبر المكابرة !

It is clear that it is a mistake by the worker.. And the mistake is for everyone who works, but the biggest mistake Perseverance!
