★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من نجمة عطيتهم احاول اتواصل مع رقمهم واتس ولكن لاحياة لمن تنادي شيء يرفع الضغط قسم بالله اكبر مقلب اخذته من هالشركة المشكلة انا من الطايف يعني اقرب موعد صيانه بعد اسبوعين؟؟؟؟
 If there is less than one star I gave them, I try to communicate with their WhatsApp number, but there is no life for those who call for something that raises the pressure, I swear to God, the biggest prank I took from this company. The problem is that I am from Taif, so the nearest maintenance date is after two weeks????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف اللي رحت له صراحه كان متفهم لوجود مشكله في خدمة العملاء واخذ مني جميع البينات وبعدها بيومين سجل لي موعد زياره للصيانه ما اتذكر اسمه لكن الله يجزاه خير ويوفقه، خدمة العملاء ما احد يتجاوب معاك إضافة على أن الموظف يقول فيه مشكله
The employee I went to with was frankly understanding that there was a problem in customer service and he took all the evidence from me and two days later he recorded me an appointment for a visit to the maintenance, I don’t remember his name, but God reward him well and grant him success, customer service no one responds to you in addition to that the employee says there is a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معهم كانت تجربة رائعة و ناجحة علما انها التجربة الأولى لي معهم و بصراحة اي جهاز سوف اشتريه و يوجد منه عند شركة البا سوف اشتريه مباشرة منهم دون النظر للسعر لأن خدماتهم مابعد البيع من ناحية الصيانة و القطع و الخدمة رائعة جدا جدا ...أمانة ...خدمة رائعة ...اهتمام ...سرعة أداء .....موظفين الصيانة و الاستقبال رائعين ...هدف الشركة ليس مادي كباقي الشركات ...هدفهم سامي تأمين حاجات المستهلك و السوق مع أفضل الخدمات ....أشكر لهم رقي تعاملهم و إحترافيتهم ...
اتمنى من سائر الشركات أن يحذو حذوهم .
My experience with them was a wonderful and successful experience, knowing that it was my first experience with them, and frankly, any device I would buy and if there is one from Alba, I will buy it directly from them without looking at the price because their after-sales services in terms of maintenance, parts and service are very, very great ... honestly ...a great service ...attention ...speed of performance.....the maintenance and reception staff are wonderful...the company's goal is not material like other companies...their goal is lofty to secure the needs of the consumer and the market with the best services.... I thank them for their kindness and professionalism...
I hope other companies will follow suit.

لكن للاسف شريت من عندهم في يوم ١٣-مارس ٢٠٢٢
فرن البا وشفاط ولما شغلتها طلعت عطلانه وما تعمل بشكل جيد
ومن ذلك التاريخ الي الان وانا في حرب معهم كل يوم موال ولا احد قادر يحل المشكله. كل واحد يدف ع الثاني
واضطريت اني اقدم فيهم بلاغ لوزارة التجارة
والله يسمعنا خير
للامانه انا بعد هالتحربه ما انصح التعامل معهم
لو انا تعاملت مع اي محل عادي كان سويت استرجع للفرن واستبداله خلال يوم

But unfortunately I bought from them on 13-March 2022
Alba oven and extractor hood, and when I turned it on, it malfunctioned and did not work well
From that date until now, I am at war with them every day, and no one is able to solve the problem. Each one pays the other
I had to file a report with the Ministry of Commerce
God hears us well
To be honest, after this war, I do not advise dealing with them
If I dealt with any normal store, I would have taken the oven back and replaced it within a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان بعيد جدا شرق الخط السريع وغير واضحة الوحة. والازال تحت الانشاء البا تستحق مكان افضل وأكبر من هذا ويكون واضح المدخل وسهل الاستدلال عليه.
الاسعار مرتفعة شمعة الاشغال للفرن سعرها ٨٠ ريال
Place too far east of the highway and an inconspicuous painting. Al-Azal under construction, Alba deserves a better and larger place than this, and the entrance is clear and easy to deduce.
Prices are high. A candle for the oven is priced at 80 riyals
