★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء واخلاق موظفين خدمة العملاء جدا سيئة م انصح اي احد يسجل بدورات عندهم لانهم غير متجاوبين ولا عندهم جدولة مواعيد، استرديت فلوسي بسبب التعامل السيىء من قبل خدمة العملاء.وانسحبت من دورة تاليف الكتاب.
Bad behavior and the behavior of the customer service staff is very bad. I do not advise anyone to register for courses with them because they are not responsive and they do not have an appointment schedule. I got my money back because of the bad treatment by the customer service.
