The center has only one entrance door, which says (Men's Entrance), while the women's door is closed, and everyone enters through the men's door only. The entrance is narrow, as the situation now with Corona, there is supposed to be a distance, but the entrance is becoming one to enter and exit at the same time, and it is a little crowded, especially since the reception is directly in front of the entrance. This is the only negative I saw in my visit to this center. I wish there was an entrance for the entrance and the other for the exit, so that there would be no confusion for those who are keen to keep the distance. As for the reception, they are great and got rid of me quickly.

I am writing to you my personal experience and what I saw in this center, and I swear to God that I am a witness: I start with: 1- Dr. Abd al-Karim al-Drak..because he is the attending physician on my first visit, frankly and a word of truth is said, and God Almighty asks me about it. The first time I came to the center, I was very tired and complained about what I saw, pissed me off, and hated me in the private hospitals, and from some health centers that I went to and did not benefit. I mentioned this to the doctor during the visit, and I was very upset and I was expecting this center like other centers .. But the doctor during the visit mentioned To me that they are the opposite of what I mentioned to him. I said the x-rays gave them the wrong center and they told me that it was wrong. He told me, come on, just x-rays now, and I actually settled the x-rays.. His words were positive. At that moment, I am still grumbling.. He gave me treatment and said we are here in the center to help you, and the evening is an emergency only, but come morning.. and they will not be short with you.. I said, between me and myself, I will come and see with a trial, and in fact I came in the morning, waiting without an appointment. This is a long wait, and I entered the 2- Dr. Intisar.. she is awesome in the true sense of the word. How did you encourage me more and more, may God make her happy.. and gave me the treatment I came again this morning to the doctor: 3- I don't know her name, but she is not Arabic: she was very amazing and she explained the problem to me calmly and for a long time and wrote me blood tests. The time for the analysis came and they drew blood from me. I asked them about a specific need, is it included in the analysis? They said: No. I said I want to settle it. They said I need a blood test a second time, and the doctor must write it. 3- Rahaf Al-Otaibi: I asked her to write me the analysis that I wanted, and she wrote to me with a screen and openness, may God make her happy, and now I am waiting for the date soon, God willing.. .. I also came in the evening of an emergency with the doctor: 4- Abdul-Ilah: Also wonderful One of the best experiences, Alhamdulillah By God Almighty, I have followed up with them until now, a month has passed, but I was impressed by the center, the management of the center, and the medical staff.. If you knew, I would go to a bad health center and other than the private hospitals that took my money for the money, but thank God I transferred my information to this center.. because I saw the difference.
