★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفينه عبئ على الدوله يخذون راتب بدون تقديم اي خدمة للوطن او المواطنين ، يله يله تحجز عندهم موعد و اذا حجزت تجلس تلاحقهم و تدورهم ماحد جالس في مكتبه و الي طالع يخلص شغل يقول شوي و اجي مع العلم اني حجز بالموعد المحدد و هو عنده علم لكن يطلع و لا يشوفك شي و الخطا مو منهم من ادارتهم الفاشله و عدم مرقبتهم ،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معليش انا حجزت موعد بالتطبيق صحتي وحددت التاريخ والموعد وتم التاكيد بالمسج والايميل على الموعد وجيت اليوم قبل الموعد بساعه لقيت المكان مغلق واليوم الاحد خير وش النظام على الاقل خبروني ان المركز مسكر. او حولوني لمركز ثاني او اجلوا لكن اتعنى على الفاضي وانا تعبانه هذا اهمال وتسيب للعمل وترك المرضى واهمالهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قسم بالله اسوء مستوصف شفته بحياتي .. دكتور مهمل وواضح انه يتهرب من الشغل ويحط لي بنج قليل ويقول ارفع يدك اذا حسيت بألم .. وبدا شغل وارفع يدي كل شوي ولا معطيني وجه و انا جايه عشان تحويل من المستشفى عشان ثلاث ضروس لازم لهن شغلهن .. وبحجة اني تأخرت ١٠ دقايق قال ما عندي وقت وبدا يشتغل بضرس كان يوجعني لكن ما كان موجود بورقة التحويل .. خدمة سيئة ودكتور مهمل وسيء .. اسأله فيه بنج يقول لا مخلص .. مسوي يستظرف يعني .. بعدين قلت له الشغل بدون بنج يعني؟ قال تبي ببنج ولا بدون بنج؟ يعني اضحك مثلا ولا اقول خفيف دم؟ حسبي الله عليه قسم بالله عيشني بعذاب الله لا يحلله ولا يبيحه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين ممتازين وخدومين . ولكن عند الاتصال برقم المستوصف لايوجد رد ابدا وتم الاتصال لعدة ايام ولا رد . وعند الحضور لتطعيم رضيع فوجئت بتعبئة بيانات كثيرة ورقيا وفتح ملف كبير والتعبئة يدويا واوراق كثيرة واستنزاف وقت كبير في ذلك . علما ان التطعيم لم يأخذ الا دقيقة وتعبئة البيانات ورقيا حوالي نصف ساعة !! اين استخدام التقنية والاستغناء عن الورق ؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الكادر الصحي يداومون الساعة 9 صباحاً مع ان المركز يفتح 8 الساعة 12 الضهر يروحون يجيبون عيالهم من المدارس فوضى بكل ماتعنيه الكلمة !
The health staff work at 9 am, although the center opens at 8 am, and they go to pick up their children from schools, chaos in every sense of the word!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مريض ربو ينتظر ساعه والموظفات جالسات ولا وحده بمكتبها اذا بغيتهم تدورهم بكل المكاتب خير ان شاء الله مستشفى فاشل بما تعنيه الكلمه ماقول الا حسبي الله على كل موظف صحه ماعنده مسؤوليه تجاه عمله هذي ارواح ناس لجئة لكم بعد الله اتقو الله فيهم
