★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المهندس يقوم بإصلاح بعض الأعطال عن طريق التجربة، وإذا لم تضبط، يقوم بإجراء أخر، والمشكلة "الحسابة" بتحسب سواء لقطع الغيار أو لشغل اليد (وهذه هي المشكلة).
أعطيتهم نجمتين؛ بسبب ابتسامة "المهندس" وأسلوبه اللبق، تطبيقاً للمثل الصيني:
"إذا كنت لا تستطيع الابتسام فلا تفتح دكاناً"، ولكنيي أعتقد أن الابتسام وحدة لا يكفي لفتح "دكان"!

I gave them two stars; Because of the "engineer's" smile and tactful manner, according to the Chinese proverb:

المهندس الأخ ابو هاشم و أخوانه و العاملين في الورشة جدا محترمين وخدماتهم ممتازة جدا. الأسعار ماعندي تصور جيد عن السوق لكن أتوقع ان سعرهم يتوافق مع جودة الخدمة الي يقدمونها. اشكاليه المواقف وزحمة السيارات عند الورش بشكل عام يحتاج لها حل

Eng. Brother Abu Hashem and his brothers and the workers in the workshop are very respectful and their services are very excellent.
