كل الشكر والتقدير على مساعدتكم لي جعلها الله في ميزان حسناتكم .. تجربتي والله اشهد على كلامي . تم تشخيص مشكله سيارتي بالخطاء وكل انسان معرض للخطأ وتم اصلاح امر اخر وتبين انه ليس سبب العطل .. فقام المهندس المسئول بإصلاح الخطاء الثاني وبهذا تم تغير قطع استهلاكية ولم يؤخذ اجر تركيبها بالاضافة لاصلاح العطل الاساسي لسيارتي وهذا يعتبر كرم اخلاق حيث انه لم يطلب مني اي مبلغ اضافي وكان رجل قمة في الادب والتواضع بكل صدق انصح بالتعامل معهم وبقوة وجزاهم الله خير الجزاء

So the responsible engineer fixed the second mistake and thus consumable parts were changed and the fee for their installation was not taken in addition to repairing the basic fault of my car, and this is considered generosity as he did not ask me for any An extra amount and he was a man of the highest politeness and humility in all honesty
