I'm not sure how training program or whatever it's called in Arabic works in other clubs cause this is my first and I chooseen it cause it's the nearest but in this 1 we do it from 7 to 8
Or in other word from after Maghreb till Eisha
If there was more then this time it would be awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is not that good anymore, there is no pads and the staff are rude and unhelpful. The only great thing about this gym is some coaches like the muay thai coach for example.
