★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الورشة تفتقد إلى الاحترافية في العمل والتعامل مع العملاء. عدم الرد على الاتصال بل يلزم حضورك للاستفسار عن حالة السيارة. مماطلة في انهاء عمل اصلاح السيارة. المبالغة في الاسعار. اغلب التعليقات والتقييمات الجيدة هنا ربما تكون من اصحاب الورشة. لا انصح بها نهائياً.
I don’t recommend this trash workshop
The workshop lacks professionalism in working and dealing with clients. Not answering the call, but you must attend to inquire about the condition of the car. Procrastination in completing the work of repairing the car. Overrated. Most of the good comments and ratings here may be from the workshop owners. I absolutely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تحذير للجميع ، عندهم طريقه بعد ماتنزل الموتر وخاصة الالماني يقولك لازم يفك الماكينه او القير عشان يوهمك ان خرابه معقد وماتطلع طبعآ الذمة صفر مايهم وش يصير بموترك بسبب الفك ، وبعده يعطيك لستة قطع تجيبه وتروح تسعر تلقاه غاليه ، وترجع له انه ماهو منطقي كل هالقطع يقولك خلاص انا اصلحه لك بنص القيمه !! انا صارت معي سيارتي اودي ٢٠١٦ قعدت عنده ٢٥ يوم ونزل مكينته وعطاني قطع بقيمة ٤٧ الف ويوم كلمته قال خلاص اصلحه لك ب١٢ الف !!!!! طبعآ طلبت منه يطبق المكينه وسحبت سيارتي وديته ورشه بجنبه ماكلفت علي ٢٥٠٠ ريال شغل يد وبدون قطع وخلال اسبوع خلصت !!! وبرضه واجهنا مشكلة تهريب الزيت بسبب فك المكينه

Of course, I asked him to apply the machine and pulled my car, his car, his workshop on his side, and charged me 2,500 riyals to work a hand without cutting, and within a week I finished !!! Also, we faced the problem of smuggling oil because of the removal of the machine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز اشبه بي فاشل لا يوجد اهتمام بل عميل ولا يستقبلون الاتصلات يلزم ان تذهب الى المركز للاستفسار عن السياره و شغلهم فاشل الى ابعد درجه ممكن تتخيلها احذرو منه يوهمك ان المكينه او القير عطلان ويحتاج الى الفك وهذا غير صحيح ولا يوفرون القطع الاصليه ولا ينجزون الشغل بسرعه بل يتأخرون عليك يفكون المكينه عشان يمسكونك !!!!!!! اتمنى من وزارة التجاره و العمل من متابعة المركز الفاشل
