★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالشراء منهم يتعمدون عدم اعطاء فاتورة لكي يتسنى لهم غش العميل اتفقت معهم علي شراء كنب ثلاثي وعند الاستلام أتضح انه مستعمل ومعيب ورفض ارجاعه او استبداله وقال اذهب للمحكمة للتجارة
وعند الشكوى للتجارة تم طلب فاتورة الشراء اتضح ان الفاتورة التي اعطاني هيا مغلفه في ظرف مجرد سند قبض ووزارة التجارة لاتقبل الافاتورة مختومة من المحل. واقفلت الشكوى. ومرفق صور الكنب والسند

انا اشتريت غرفة نوم من عندهم ب ١٠٠٠٠ ريال وقال لي الضمان عشرة سنوات وبعد اربع سنوات اتصلت عليهم علشان الصيانه تفاجأة انه يقول لي الضمان منتهي وان الضمان سنتين فقط و طلب حق الصيانه ٢٠٠ ريال من غير القطع لو فيه شي يحتاج تغيير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف تجربة سيئة في هذا المحل اتفقت معهم على تسليم العفش وغدرو بالاتفاق وسلمو العفش بعد تأخير عدة أيام وبعد عدة اتصالات وبدون تركيب وبدون ان يتحملو أضرار التركيب الخاطئ ورفضو التحدث في الجوال بعد تسلم المبلغ كامل .
تحذير لا تسلم المبلغ كامل الا في وجود شهود.

بالنسبة لي أول مرة اتبضع من جدة خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالأثاث، زرت عدة محلات ومعارض لكن لم أجد مطلوبي لكن مصادفة دخلت هذا المعرض ووجدت ماكنت أبحث عنه وكان موظف المبيعات حمدي يتفاوض معي في السعر وكذلك مديره أبوأمير حتى وصلنا إلى السعر المرضي لكن ضلت عقبة وهي طريقة التوصيل حيث أنني أقطن بعيدا وبمنطقة نائية وكان ينتابني خوفا وقلق لكن للأمانة كانوا قد الثقة..دفعت المبلغ كامل ثم رجعت لبيتي ولم أمضي أيام حتى وصلتني!
وجدت فيهم الامانة
وكانت معروضاتهم ذات جودة
وأسعارهم جدا منافسة ومغرية
سأنصح الجميع بأن يزور معرضهم لعله يجد مبتغاه وهي الصدق والاخلاص والخوف من الله!
