I had appointment at 2pm and my number came at 2:20, however the supervisor called in other patient who was supposed to enter after me and I had to wait for 1.5hrs, I approached reception, supervisor and Dr. for help but no use. I don’t know why they give appointment if they cannot take patients in sequence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, Very slow staff, delay for 2 hours even having appointment. My appointment was at 6:00pm I reached at 5:40 pm, Did MRI at 7:55 Waist of time.
Best way to deal with them to take appointment of 7:00PM or 7:30 PM because they close at 8:00PM?
