★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتصلت على الرقم الموفر من تطبيق قوقل ماب للاستفسار والسيده الي ردت علي اسلوبها جدا سيء ماعندها مهارات خدمة العملاء اجوبتها لأسئلتي غير واضحه ماشرحت ايش الخدمات الموفره في المركز او حتى ساعات العمل والاسعار وبتقلي نحنا عندنا جدول طيب فين الجدول كيف احصل عليه ؟!! اذا كان مافهمتو صح مواعيد عملهم بالنسبه لتعليم السباحه من ٢:٣٠ ل٤:٣٠ بعد كده سباحه حره يوم السبت مافي حصص تعليم سباحه الجمعه المركز مغلق
حصص تعليم السباحه من وجهة نظري غير مناسبه خصوصا للامهات العاملات للأسف اسلوب السيده تنفرك وتكرهك بالمركز وانت لسه ماشفتو

I called the phone number that is provided from google map the person who answer me very unprofessional!!! The first things she said when she answered “who is this?” Am I calling a personal phone or the center phone? She didn’t have any customer service skills I kept asking questions but the way she answers is very bad and not clear From what I understand from this woman the swimming classes is only during the working days
From 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm after that there will be a free swimming from 4:30 -8:30
Saturday there is no swimming classes
The timing is very bad for the working moms
I called the number provided from the Google Map app for inquiries and the lady who replied to her style is very bad when she has customer service skills. Her answers to my questions are not clear. I explained what services are provided at the center or even working hours and prices, and we have a good schedule, so where is the schedule? !! If you don't understand the correct working hours for swimming instruction from 2:30 to 4:30 after free swimming on Saturday, there are no classes for swimming education Friday is closed
Swimming education classes from my point of view are not appropriate, especially for working mothers. Unfortunately, the lady’s style exasperates you and hates you in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عجبني واسعارهم حلوه وخلاص قررت اشترك بس كرهتهم بسبب انهم مايردون على الاتصالات الا بالحظ ونفس الشي واتس .. يعني كنت ادق كل شويه وادق باوقات دوامهم وماردت عليا الا مره وحده وجيت بعد مده ادق ابا اقارن بينهم وبين نادي سباحه تاني ولليوم ماردو .. ونفس الشي واتس بس ردت مره وحده على كلامي وبعدين قعدت ارسل ارسل ومحد رد .. والله كنت لاخر لحظه مفضلتهم وابا اشترك عندهم بس التجاهل والتطنيش دا خلاني اكرههم وكنسلت حتى اني اروح لهم وسجلت بمكان تاني .. خدمة العملاء مهمه بكل مكان الواحد ايش يبا بمكان مايقدر يتواصل معاهم الا بانه يروح لموقعهم ! وبقية وسائل التواصل مغلقه ايش هذا
