تجربه غير موفقه عندهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاخوة راكان وسلطان والنعم فيهم ، تعاملهم جدا راقي ومحترمين جدا ، ولكن للاسف الشديد جودة العمل سيئة جدا.
الباقة المختارة : طبقة نانو + فليم على الشمعات + تلميع مائي للكبوت والشنطة + تلميع داخلي .
تم عمل فليم للكشافات كهدية منهم لانهم تأخرو في تسليم السيارة يوم واحد
الملاحظات :
١. عدم الدقة في المواعيد .
٢. التلميع الداخلي لم يظهر اي تلميع ، كأنهم قامو بتمسيح السيارة بخرقة بها ماء فقط .
٣. تم غسيل السيارة بعد عشرة ايام من الاستلام بناء على افادة احد الاخوان المذكورين بسبب لاتذهب جودة التلميع ولكن المفاجاءة كانت وجود اثار فرشاة التمليع على بودي السيارة (وجود نقاط بيضاء) ولا يمكن معالجتها الا بمواد وادوات خاصة بالتلميع (يعني ما عملنا شي) .
٤. عدم صفاء لون الصدام الخلفي مع لون البودي ، وقد عرضت السيارة على اكثر من مركز متخصص للتلميع وافادني بأن هذا عيب.
٥. بين الصدام الامامي والبودي يوجد مادة بيضة شبية بالاسمنت ويظهر انها اثار مادة التلميع .
هذا للامانة الشي الذي حصل ، والله يعوضني على خسارتي .
واخيرا اقول لاصحاب المحل المذكورين اعلاه انتبهوا على شغلكم بنفسكم لأن عملكم قائم على السمعة واذا سأت ستفقدون ثقة الناس فيكم..

Notes :
1. Inaccuracy in scheduling.
2. The interior polishing did not show any polishing, as if they wiped the car with a rag containing only water.
3. The car was washed ten days after receiving it, according to the testimony of one of the aforementioned brothers, because the quality of the polishing does not go away, but the surprise was the presence of traces of the polishing brush on the body of the car (the presence of white spots) and it can only be treated with polishing materials and tools (I mean, we did nothing).
4. The color of the rear bumper is not clear with the color of the body, and the car was shown to more than one specialized center for polishing and they told me that this is a defect.
5. Between the front bumper and the body there is an egg-like substance that appears to be traces of the polishing substance.
This is honestly the thing that happened, and God will compensate me for my loss.
Finally, I say to the owners of the shop mentioned above, pay attention to your work yourself, because your work is based on reputation, and if you do so, you will lose people's trust in you.
