★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting reception, I called and the girl who answered imitated my voice and made fun of me and laughed a little as if it's a high school and she is being mean to me for no reason, I told her why she was talking like that, she kept making her voice as if she is making fun of me and where I'm from. Before that I was also so angry that they didn't register my number in even though I told them many times, they kept calling my parents instead of me and sending them messages which was so annoying. Being treated with disrespect for no reason and I'm A Patient! imagine that. But overall some of the therapists are good and know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the Reseption answered my call and when I was talking she acted like she couldn’t hear me, said “hello hello” and closed the call. If she couldn't understand English. Could have just asked to speak in Arabic. And when I called back multiple times. No one answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is actually quite good and I think I that's the only reason I'm tolerating this place. The reception is quite bad unfortunately. I walked in and there was no one at the reception, I even called the place to see if someone would answer and no one did. I could hear them talking and I could hear the phone ringing but no one bothered to pick it up. That was interesting. My first impression was unpleasant, I made an appointment but it got cancelled 4 hours before my appointment. It was quite upsetting and they cancelled it over a WhatsApp message telling me that my appointment has been moved to a later date without telling me what that later date is. I had to ask for that. I'd think the least they could do is tell me when was that later date. They have a rule that you have to cancel 24 hours prior your appointment but they can cancel 4 hours prior no problem. I don't know it just rubbed me off the wrong way. Maybe because that was my first experience with them that I'm making a bigger deal out of it than it already is. You also have to pay for the appointment to confirm it. That has its pros and cons, the only pro is you don't have to deal with payment after the appointment. But like I said the doctor I'm with is quite good and to be honest at the end of the day that's what really matters. I am thankful for this place as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional clinic, on my 1st appt after I arrived and paid they told me the therapist can’t see me. They suggested rescheduling, told them it’s impossible since I’m from another city and came specifically for this appt that I booked 3 weeks ago. They should have told me this in advance not after I arrived at this terrible clinic. I am shocked they don’t have any back up therapists for situations like these and they expect Patients to deal with it. They are an embarrassment and a disgrace to the white coat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The therapists seem eager to just toss the patients onto others without a referral. The appointments are too far apart. Receptionist aren’t trained to understand the therapist speciality. Considering the premium they charge it’s ridiculous that the center is not very welcoming. This is supposed to be a place for patients mental welfare not an added stressor! Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionists. They didn’t let me in on time which reduced my time with the therapist because there was a session after me. Therapist was not very sensitive to the situation I was in. I would not come here again.
