١. عدم وجود تنظيم في العمل والمتابعه
٢. تحتاج تروح بنفسك وتلحق عامل مهندس الكهربا وتركض ورا مهندس المكانيكا والمحاسب وكل شي حرفيا غير كذا انسى سيارتك شهر
٣.الاتصال بهم والمتابعه عن بعد عباره عن كابوس
للحق الموظفين مجتهدين وبشوشين ولكن عدم وجود التنظيم والترتيب دمر كل اجتهادهم
 Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them
1. Lack of organization in work and follow-up
2. You need to go on your own and catch the electrical engineer worker and run after the mechanics engineer and accountant and literally everything other than that. Forget your car for a month.
3. Contacting them and following up remotely is a nightmare
For the right, the employees are diligent and cheerful, but the lack of organization and arrangement destroyed all their diligence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر الاستاذ ( خالد بالضراب) والاستاذ ( فيصل الخنفري) والاستاذ( ابو خالد نورس) على حسن اخلاقهم … للامانه تم اصلاح سيارتي يوكن موديل ١٨ بقطع وكاله … وكان تحت اشرافهم … انصح جميع ملاك جي ام في حال وجود اعطال لديهم التوجه الى هذا المركز ولن يندم بإذن الله…

I thank Professor (Khaled Baldarab), Professor (Faisal Al-Khanfari) and Professor (Abu Khaled Nawras) for their good manners... To be honest, my Yukon Model 18 was repaired with spare parts... It was under their supervision... I advise all GM owners in the event of a malfunction to go to this center and I will not Regret, God willing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ملاحظه على الورشه الان اتفقت مع الورشه انه يصلح الخلل او العطل والاتفاق اذا ما صلحه ما ياخذ فلوس فصلح نفس المشكله وصلح شي اخر ونفس المشكله واخر شي عرف المشكله وصلتها ولاكن كل الأشياء اخذ فلوس عليها ولا كانت هي المشكله واخذ علي مبلغ وقدره وقال لازم الي قبل تصلحها ووووو مدري وش اقول شي مؤسف صراحه ولا راح اللهم اخذ مني مبلغ وقدره ...

They are extremely professional and well aware of GM vehicles ( Hummers & Cadillacs all the way to Chevrolets). They are able to handle all issues ranging from mechanical to electrical. Their prices are reasonable and they provide 5 star service consistently. Please look for Mr. Nawras (Workshop Manager ), he takes the time to analyze the issue and explain it clearly to each customer. I highly recommend this workshop and their staff for all GM vehicle needs
