تجربتي اولاً الاستقبال متعاون جدا رغم الضغط ، المركز جدا شرح ونظيف ، سويت قطع اعصاب عند د.مصطفى يده خفيفة بشكل مُذهل ونفسه حلوه مع المراجع و يشرح لك بالتفصيل وش تحتاج ✅ عارف وش يسوي بالعربي ، الممرضة قبل ادخل العيادة سوت تعقييم قوي لكل شي بعد المراجع الي قبلي .. الصراحة تجربة اكثر من ممتازة

الاسنان عندهم كويسين جربنا دكتور عندهم فاهم ويطمن ويده خفيفه وخلوق جدا وكان ودي اخذ من عروض الليزر بس صديقتي قعدت شهر ونص عشان موعدها كل شوي يأجلونه لها للاسف جربتهم وتجربه ماراح تنعاد بخصوص الليزر مافيه تعاون ابدا وبلغتها عدم القدره على رتوش البكيني واأجله لوقت ثاني وكأني ما اتكلم تقول خلاص ما تسوينه ! كيف ما اسويه وانا دافعه حقه !!! ما انصح ابدااا لان مافيه اي تقدير للعميل

عالجت اسناني عند الدكتوره ليلى ماشاءالله عليها شغلها جداً ممتاز وتعاملها راقي وفاهمه علمياً ويدها خفيفه. تستحق اكثر من خمس نجوم صراحه. واشكر المركز على استقطاب الكفاءات المتمكنه مثل الدكتوره ليلى محمود. كذلك موظفه الاستقبال هديل تعاملها طيب. مركز راقي وبدايه قويه له اتمنى لهم التوفيق

تجربتي كانت مع قسم الليزر ، العيادة نظيفة والممرضات شغلهم كويس لكن للاسف المواعيد سيئة جدًا جدًا جدًا يعني بالمختصر الي عادي عنده يتبهذل يجيهم بالبداية كنت ناويه اخذ بكج لكن قلت بسوي جلسه تجريبيه اول والحمد لله اني ما اخذت وهجيت لعيادة ثانية بداية من اول موعد عطوني اياه وكان بعد شهر تقريبًا وقلت ميخالف الموعد موعد وقبل الموعد بكم ساعه ارسلو لي وكنسلو الموعد المنتظر بسبب عطل في الجهاز، قلت الشكوى لله تعطل الجهاز يعطوني موعد بديل طبعا عطتني موعد صباحي ووافقت وفجاه قالت انه الموعد اخذته عميله ثانية واضطريت اني اقعد احتري بدون رد لمدة اسبوع لين يلقون موعد وبعدين جتني بيوم جمعة قالت لي فيه موعد بعد ساعتين وانا من الفرحه على طول وافقت وجيت برغم انه كانت عندي مناسبه ذاك اليوم بس قلت يالله العوض ولا القطيعة وكنت متفقه مع الدكتوره انه الجسم جنتل والبطن والظهر جهاز ثاني وجيت وسويته ولا كان فيه مشاكل ، وبعدها موعد الرتوش كذلك نفس الشي جيت قبل موعدي ب١٥ دقيقة واخروني ساعه ونص وبنص الجلسة يوم قلت انه البطن والظهر سيناشور جلسو يهاوشون ويقولون ليه ما قلتي وحجزتي موعد قبل قلت انا جايه نفس الجلسة الاولى ولا احد قالي ولا شي بهالخصوص وجلست احتري الجهاز ثلاث ساعات برغم اني جايه مواصلة بعد . بنهاية البهذلة هذي طلبت تعويض بسيط من قسم الجلدية وقالو عطيناك موعد بديل مافيه اي تعويض وادارة الجلدية ينافخون كانيي جايه اشحذهم ، والمشكلة انه هالعيادة بالمهرجانات يوزعون خدمات مجانيه وتعويض عملائهم عن الخدمة السيئة رافضين ?وبس ولله تجربه لن تتكرر

I agreed and came, even though I had an occasion that day, but I said, Oh God, the consideration, and not the estrangement, and I agreed with the doctor that the body is beautiful, the abdomen and the back are a second device, and I came and settled it, and there were no problems And then the frills appointment. The same thing. I came 15 minutes before my appointment. They delayed me an hour and a half and half of the session. The day I said that the stomach and the back will be closed, they sat down and said, Why didn’t you say and book an appointment before I said I was coming to the same first session? No one said anything about it in particular and I sat and bought the device for three hours, even though I'm coming to continue after. At the end of this foolishness, I asked for a small compensation from the dermatology department and they said we gave you an alternative appointment, there is no compensation, and the dermatology department is blowing up, I can come to sharpen them, and the problem is that this clinic in the festivals distributes free services and compensates their clients for the bad service, refusing ? and to God an experience that will not be repeated
