ثانيا عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد يعني ممكن يقولك تخلص في الليل وتاخذ كريم وتجي يقولك تعال بكرا وهكذا ثالث شي
كل ماجا واحد الميكانيكي يترك سيارتك وبشوفه يعني يتركك 3 ساعات ممكن عشان يركب اقمشة ويخرط هوبات ولو جا وقت الاقفال قفل وتركك
والله كنت مخدوع فيه بشكل اخر مره غيرت مقص وكان ناقص مسمار ولا علمني ركب بس وانت ساكت ولما تجي تكشف يقولك كل شي خربان يبغاله تغيير لا انصح فيه ابدا ابدا الا اذا فلوسك زايدة وفاضي تنتظر كم يوم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وديت السيارة عندهم للفحص، اخبروني بعدة امور اصلحها عندهم من ضمنها كراسي المكينة، تم إحضار القطعة الاصلية وتركيبها عند التشغيل السيارة كانت تهتز بالكامل أضعاف الكرسي العطلان، قيل لي من مدير المحل انه بسبب نظام الوقود ويحتاج إلى تنظيف وليس من الكراسي علما ان المشكلة ظهرت من أول تشغيلة بعد تركيب القطعة الجديدة، وحاولت بكل الطرق ان ابين له ان المشكلة ظهرت الان بعد الجديدة وليست قبل ولاكن يبرر بان شغله كان سليم والمشكلة من مكان آخر ،المهم وبناء على طلبه احضرت القطع الاخرى وعمل تنظيف لنظام الوقود ودفعت حق عملية التنظيف كاملة حوالي ٥٠٠ ريال، وشغلت السيارة من جديد والمشكلة موجودة قال لي مدير المركز المشكلة راح تختفي فقط اعطيها شوية مشي وتختفي قلت خير ان شاء الله ومستحيل تكون من الكراسي الجديدة لاننا فقط غيرنا قطعة ولم نعمل شي آخر، وذهبت استمرت الهزة في المركبة رغم اني اضطريت اسافر عليها لمدينة أخرى، ولم تذهب كما وعد لي بعد بضعة كيلومترات واستمرت المشكلة، فذهبت لميكانيكي آخر له سمعة ممتازة في المدينة الاخرى وكشف على السيارة ارجع الكرسي القديم لانني اخذته من المحل قبل ان اغادر، اختفت الرجة، اعاد الكرسي الجديد رجعت الرجة فقال غير الكرسي الجديد لانه تالف رغم انه أصلي،وفعلا اشتريت كرسي جديد أصلي وركبته ورجعت السيارة مثل الوكالة صافية ولاهزة فيها، هنا ياجماعة الفرق بين الاثنين شخص يحاول ان يجد مشكلتك بالرغم من ان القطعة جديدة، والاخر يبرر بان المشكلة ليست منه ولن يكلف عليه شي لو عمل مثل ماعمل الميكانيكي الاخر، بل استنزفني ماديا أكثر ولم يحل المشكلة... بالنسبة لي بالطبع لن اكرر زيارتي لهذا المكان ولا انصح اخ ولا صديق لزيارة هذه الورشة،، والحمدلله على كل حال

خدمتهم كانت ممتازه...
الان مع الاسف اغلب الموظفين غير مهتمين
طبعا الاسعار ضعف السوق ولكن على شغلهم السابق كان يستحق السعر اما الان شيء محزن انخفاض مستواهم.
