★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التفويج من جده سيء للغاية حسب الاستبيان منهم طلبنا منى مباشرة يوم ٧ الحج وطلبو حضورنا ٢.٣٠ ظهرا وللأسف ما كان عندهم باصات منى مباشرة وأخذونا الى كدي وما تحركنا من كدي الا الساعة ١٠ مساء والضيافة في السيارات تكاد تكون معدومة اول مرة احج معاهم واعتقد أني لن أكرر التجربة
الضيافة في الأدوار في الأبراج سيئه من اقل أنواع الضيافة عموما للاسف
المفروض ان تكون من اجود أنواع الضيافة لي تجربه مع حملات أخرى في الأبراج كانت الضيافة عندهم متميزة

Hospitality in the roles in the towers bad of the least types of hospitality generally unfortunately
It is supposed to be one of the finest types of hospitality I experience with other campaigns in the towers were hospitality to them distinct

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العاملات اكثر من 39 عامله ومافي غرفه مخصصه لهم غير المستودعات! اكثر من10 عاملات في غرفه ضيقه2في 4 امتار وبعضهم ينامون في الكراسي اللي في الاسياب والممرات جدا ضيقه
More than 39 female workers and a room dedicated to them other than warehouses! More than 10 workers in a narrow room 2 in 4 meters and some of them sleep in the chairs who in the Asiab and corridors very narrow

لا يوجد مصداقية في عدد الاشخاص في الغرف للرجال والنساء.
لايوجد مكان او طاولات للأكل للنساء.
ممرضة الحملة تنام مع النساء الحاجات في الحملة !
لا يوجد فعاليات ثقافية دينية أسوة بالحملات الأخرى.
ولايوجد مطعم خارجي غير البوفيه ، أسوة بالحملات الأخرى.
أكثر الباصات المستخدمة في الحملة رديئة وتكييفها سيء.
عدم الإلتزام بالمواعيد في التنقلات.
بعد الإنتهاء من طواف الوداع ، كان الوعد الساعة 6 م في الباص للتحرك إلى جدة، وكنا على الموعد وصعدنا الباص ولم يتم التحرك إلا بعد ساعة ونص ، علما بأن جميع الركاب كانوا متواجدين، وبعد ذلك وصلنا للمطار قبل الرحلة ب 4 ساعات، وإقلاعنا الساعة 1:30 الفجر، ولم يتم توفير فندق او قاعة أسوة بالحملات الأخرى للمكوث فيها إلى أن يحين وقت الرحلة، علما بأن الرحلة تأخرت ومكثنا في المطار أكثر من 6 ساعات.
بإختصار ((لا أنصح فيها))
The A + class is not worth the Hajj.
There is no credibility in the number of people in the rooms for men and women.
There is no place or tables to eat for women.
Campaign nurse sleeps with women who need the campaign!
There are no religious cultural events like other campaigns.
There is no outside restaurant other than the buffet, like other campaigns.
The buses used in the campaign are poor and poorly adapted.
Non-punctuality in commuting.
After completing the farewell cruise, the promise was at 6 pm on the bus to move to Jeddah, we were on time and we boarded the bus and did not move until an hour and a half, note that all passengers were present, and then we arrived at the airport 4 hours before the flight, and we took off at 1 At dawn, no hotel or hall was provided with other campaigns to stay there until the time of flight, note that the flight was delayed and we stayed at the airport more than 6 hours.
In short ((I do not recommend))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا تستحق ان تكون بالأبراج الغرف فيها 16 شخص بعكس الحملات الأخرى و الموظفين ينامون بالمصلى و رائحة المصلى مزعجة جدا جدا و التنظيم بالتفويج ضعيف و غير دقيق و تم نقل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالحافلات من عرفة إلى المزدلفة و تركهم بمكان بعيد عن موقع الحملة بمزدلفة و ضاع الكثير منهم لساعات اتمنى ان يتم إعادة النظر في هذه الحملة من وزارة الحج للأمانة لا انصح بها
It does not deserve to be in the towers where the rooms are 16 people unlike other campaigns and employees sleep in the chapel and the smell of the chapel is very annoying and the organization is weak and inaccurate and the special needs of buses were transferred from Arafa to Muzdalifah and left them far away from the campaign site in Muzdalifah and Lost Many of them for hours I hope that the review of this campaign from the Ministry of Hajj to the Secretariat I do not recommend
