★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new, biggest room I have ever seen, perfect location, lots of shops around...
two comments though, one of them the hotel has nothing to do with which is the noise from the steel board on the road, and the second is no room service.

Location (easy to get there).
Cleanness.
Quietness.
Available car parking.
Comfortable pillows and beds
Areas of Improvement:
Slow streaming path water.
Overpriced.
Empty minibar.
Bad screen of TV.
Lacking of room services, restaurant and laundry.
Front disc staff are NOT available sometimes.

New, spacious nicely laid out rooms .
Toilets do not match the room standard and need a face lift. Halls lack seating areas ( the only seating areas are opposite the reception and at the lift in the basement.
Plenty of parking space at ground level and in the basement as well.
I would visit again.
