لايوجد اُسلوب في التعامل وجميع المكالمات يتم الرد عليها من خارج المملكة
ولايوجد اي اهتمام او درايه عن السوق السعودي
طريقة التعامل مع المستهلك غامضه بحيث رفعت شكوى ولمدة ١٠ ايام لم يتم التواصل معي
غلط في الطلبية ولايوجد اي تاسف او تقدير للعميل بل بالعكس على العميل الانتظار حتى يتم التفكير في الرد عليه.

حيث تجد الاهتمام بادق التفاصيل التي تخص ملابس الرضيع والأطفال
وحتى في عربة الاطفال يتم مراعات الوزن وامان الطفل وتناسق الشكل والالوان وصلابة المنتج ومرونته
اكثر ما جذب انتباهي اثاث غرفة الاطفال مع العلم أنا اسعارهم تعبر مرتفعة نوعا ما لكن فعلا الحالي غالي يعني الجميل غالي الثمن

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه الفرع اللي بينبع مول الموظفين رجالين كويسين وتعاملهم راقي مع الزباين + في موظف اسمه مفوز او فواز والله نسيت اسمه المهم يعرف بالتسويق صح ويقنعك تشتري?? والثاني كان معاه كويس كمان بس والله ما اعرف اسمه المهم الموظفين نفسهم طيبه وتعاملهم كويس اتمنى تكافئوهم وتزيدو رواتبهم او تعطوهم اجازة ❤️وشكرا والفرع حلو اللي بينبع مول بس مافي اشياء واجد
