★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوا تجرررربه للاسف اخذ الفلوس وماركبو عندي الشتر على النوافذ لي شهر الى الان يماطلوووون عندي جابو نصفها والباقي الى الان ماتركب ولا لقيت تواصل مع الشركه الاساسيه مافيه الا مصري وينافخ ومايرد بعد ومن شروطهم ياخذون فلوسهم كامله والعميل ماله اي اهميه
Unfortunately, I have taken the money and I have the shutters on the windows for me a month now, procrastinating. I have half of it and the rest so far is not installed, and I have not found any contact with the main company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً صيانة وخدمات مابعد البيع اسواء والمنتجات كذلك سيئة وبعد ما يأخذون حسابهم الله يعينك لا صيانة ولا حتى رد على الاتصالات وإذا تكرموا وردو عليك ماراح يصدقون معك ومالك غير التجارة عشان تأخذ حقك .
واتمنى فيه تقييم اقل من نجمة لانهم ما يستاهلون حتى نجمة ?
Very bad. Maintenance and after-sales services are worse. The products are also bad. After they take their account, may God help you. There is no maintenance, not even a response to the calls. And if they are kind and respond to you, they will not believe you and your money is other than trade to take your right.
And I wish it had a rating less than a star because they don't even deserve a star ?

للأسف أني ما أخذت بالتعليقات وبحثت عن غيرهم تورطت معهم بالذات المصري شخص بمنتهى السوء والمماطلة ومحتاج لتدريب في كيفية التعامل ويعلمونه ما معنى المصداقية والالتزام
وصلت لقناعة الي يبي مشروعه يفشل يحط عمالة مصرية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفين مصاريه تعامل سي جدا ولايوجد احترام للزبون وصيانه وموعيد اسوا نجمه كثيره عليهم ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم او تركيب ابوابهم من واقع تجربه
Egyptian employees deal very badly and there is no respect for the customer and maintenance and appointment are worse than many stars on them and I do not advise dealing with them or installing their doors from the reality of experience
