١-تاخير في الشحن واهمال الشنط وتعرضها للماء وللشمس وبإمكانك تروح الفرع وتتاكد بنفسك.
٢- مستحيل المصري يتنازل ويرد عليك وبإمكانك تدق وتجرب قبل الشحن
#يوجد اكثر من شركة للنقليات وتعاملهم افضل واسرع من هذي الشركة
 Advice to stay away from them and there is more than one shipping company for the following reasons
1- Delays in shipping and neglecting the bags and exposing them to water and the sun, and you can go to the branch and check for yourself.
2- It is impossible for the Egyptian to give up and reply to you, and you can knock and try before shipping
#There is more than one transportation company and their treatment is better and faster than this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعارهم حلوه والشحن تقريبًا خلال ثلاثه ايام والعماله تعامله مره راقي
Their prices are good, shipping is almost within three days, and the workers deal with it once in a classy manner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موسسه فاشله جداً التاخر في فرز الشحنات عدم الرد ع الاتصال. اخذ رسوم على الشحنه بما ان تم دفع الرسوم من قبل المرسل لا انصح التعامل معها
A very unsuccessful organization, late in sorting shipments, not answering the call. Taking fees on the shipment since the fees were paid by the sender, I do not advise dealing with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت اسعارهم معقولة تبدأ من 15 ريال للصندوق الصغير وتزيد حسب الحجم
لكنهم زادوا اسعارهم صارت تبدأ من 25 ريال أقل شيء حالياً!
كذلك ما زالوا مستمرين على لعبتهم القديمة اذا شحنت من أي مدينة الى جيزان ودفعت هناك مسبقاً عند الاستلام هنا يطلبون منك رسوم 5 ريال واحياناً أكثر حسب السلعة!
Their prices were reasonable, starting at 15 riyals for a small box and increasing according to size
However, they increased their prices, and now they start at 25 riyals, the lowest thing now!
Also, they still continue on their old game, if you ship from any city to Jizan and pay there in advance upon receipt. Here they ask you for a fee of 5 riyals and sometimes more, according to the commodity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء للغايه مايستاهل ولا حتى نص نجمه..
1- اخلاق الكول سنتر اللي رقمه ع الفاتوره سيء للغايه مع العميل.
2- اهمال الشحنات وعدم استخدام سيستم على الكمبيوتر للبحث عن الشحنات برقمها.
3- التأخير في مواعيد الاستلام وعدم التدقيق في ارسال الشحنات لوجهتها المطلوبه ويتم ارسالها لمدن اخرى، ثم يعاد ارسالها لوجهتها الصحيحه مره اخرى.
Too bad it doesn't even deserve half a star..
1- The ethics of the call center whose number on the invoice is very bad with the customer.
2- Neglecting shipments and not using the computer system to search for shipments by their number.
3- Delays in the dates of receipt and lack of checking in sending shipments to their desired destination and are sent to other cities, and then re-sent to their correct destination again.
