★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائيا من خلال تجربتي معهم لعدة اجهزة علما عند البيع متساعدين ومتعاونين وبعد البيع للاسف الشديد من اسوء المؤسسات وخصوصاً الخدمة والدعم الفني وبالاخص( سليمان) فهم مماطلين وكثرين كذب ولا تاخذ منهم لا حق ولا باطل وبرامجهم من اسوء البرامج
ودعمهم الفني سيء جدا ومزري ونجمة عليهم كثير
I do not advise dealing with them at all, through my experience with them for several devices, knowing that when selling they are helpful and cooperative and after the sale, unfortunately, they are among the worst institutions, especially service and technical support, especially (Sulaiman), they are procrastinators and many lies. Do not take from them right or wrong and their programs are among the worst programs
And their technical support is very bad and miserable and star them a lot

( هذا الكلام رد على كلامكم اللي تحت ?? ) الحمدلله جاني النصر من عند الله الحين تأكدت انكم ظالمين لان الله يشهد ان الانسانة اللي اسمها مها وتتكلم عنها مو انا ظلمتوها واتهمتوها وشرشحتوا عميلة لكم بدون ذنب، والله ينصرها من عنده ويكتب لها النجاح الدائم ماعندكم ذمة تفضحون بقائمة عملائكم فعلاً ان لم تستحي فأفعل ماشئت ، مع الاسف تضررت من اجهزتكم ولما تواصلت مع الصيانة رفضتوا تصلحون الاجهزة بحجة سخيفة وطلبتوا مبلغ كبير جداً والحين الحمدلله عندنا اجهزة ونضام سحابي رائع عشان نراقب فروعنا عن بعد وانتقلنا الى شركة كبيرة تحترم العملاء واجهزتهم رائعة والدعم اونلاين 24 ساعة. واتمنى اشكالكم تطلع من السوق لانكم ماتحترمون البلد اللي انتم فيه
