- المواقف محدودة في كامل الشارع والمحلات المجاورة.

- المؤسسة لا تقبل الفيزا.
- استكرات الاسعار على البضائع احيانا إما غير واضحة أو مكتوبة بخط اليد.
- الموظفين يخافون الله، ولكن لا يتقنون آداب التعامل مع الزبائن. ( مكشرين، عدم القدرة على التواصل مع اكثر من زبون في آن واحد، الاختصار في الاجابة على أسئلة الزبون وبالتالي عدم القدرة على اقناع الزبون بجودة البضاعة).
- اتوقع القليل من الدعاية الالكترونية واتقان آداب التعامل مع الزبائن، ستحقق المؤسسة نسبة مبيعات عالية.
- تقييمي هذا كان من واقع زيارة واحدة.
- وسأعاود الزيارة لأن موضوع الأسعار وضمان عدم الغش في السلع أهم من أي شيى آخر.
- اتطلع في زيارتي القادمة للمحل أن أقدم تقييم أفضل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نصيحة لراعي المحل انتبه للمصري اللي عندك تعامله سئ جداً وكنت ناوي اشتري اشياء ولكن بعد التعامل هذا تركت المحل ومشيت.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مؤسسة سما هيت. شارع الظهران. متخصصون في المواد الصحية. العاملين في المحل مشاء الله عليهم. حركة ونشاط. وتفاهم. الأسعار أقل من باقي المحلات المجاورة في بعض الأصناف. والبعض نفس السعر. تقريباً. حمامات الجاكوزي هم وكلاء لبعضها فيها ضمان وجودة.
الملاحظات:
1/ المواقف صعبة جدا. يا أحد يوصلك. أو يكون معك مرافق يتصرف بالسيارة وأنت تنزل المحل.
2/ الزحمة في بعض الأوقات في المحل والشباب الطيبين عددهم قليل. الله يعينك أنتظر شوي.
3/ مدة التوصيل بعيدة شوي. ممكن سببها الزحمة عليهم الله يرزق الجميع ويبارك لهم.
