★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مؤسسة ممتاذة والأسعار عندهم رخيصه لفيت السوق كله عشان ثلاجه ومكيف جري اسبلت حصلت ارخص سعر عندهم
An excellent establishment and their prices are cheap. I visited the whole market because there was a refrigerator and air conditioner running down the drain. I got the cheapest price from them.

تواصلت اكثر من مره على جميع الارقام فالفاتوره ولاحياة لمن تنادي يتضح انها حسب هالرساله الالكترونيه المرفقه غير قادره على التعامل مع العملا
I do not recommend dealing with them, as the quality of the equipment, especially the brand, Telzone, is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالشراء منهم. اشتريت مكيف اسبيليت وبعد شهر اصبح يصدر اصوات مزعجه
بإختصار زيد مبلغ بسيط وخذ لك شركة لها صيت بالسوق والكل يمدحها
I do not recommend buying from them. I bought a split air conditioner and after a month it started making annoying sounds
In short, Zaid a small sum and take for you a company that has a reputation in the market and everyone praises it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندهم عدة ملاحظات:
1- اذا دفعت ببطاقة ائتمانية مثل الفيزا يرفضون الا اذا دفعت عمولة 3% وهذا مخالف لأنظمة وزارة التجارة.
2- يعدونك بالتوصيل المجاني ولا يصلونك الا في الساعة 12 ليلا يعني في منتصف الليل! ثم يطالبك عمال التوصيل بالقهوة (ابتزاز مادي) واذا رفضت بدؤوا يتعللون و يجدون اي سبب لعدم حمل الاجهزة مثلا (الدور الثاني بعيد/الجهاز كبير على الباب).. بعدما وبختهم حملوا الاجهزة الصغيرة أما الثلاجة بدؤوا يمثلون مسرحية عنوانها "الثلاجة اكبر من الباب" ومللت من مماطلتهم فتركتهم يذهبون و دخلتها من الباب لوحدي فيما بعد.. ارجو ان يتم التبليغ عنهم في وزارة التجارة.. ابتعد ولا تتعامل معهم نهائيا.

After I reprimanded them, they carried small appliances, while the refrigerator began to play a play entitled "The refrigerator is bigger than the door" I am tired of stalling them, so I let them go and entered her through the door on my own later .. I hope that they will be reported to the Ministry of Trade .. Stay away and do not deal with them at all.
