★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مؤسسة في تاخير كبير في المواعيد انا وعدوني بعد ٤٥ يوم وماركبوا لي الابواب الا بعد اكثر من ٤ اشهر ومماطلة وسوء خدمة غير ان اسعارهم غالية جدا والمنتج جودة اقل من السوق ما اقول الاحسبي الله عليهم
The worst establishment has a big delay in the appointments. I was promised after 45 days and they did not install the doors for me until after more than 4 months, procrastination and poor service, but their prices are very expensive and the product is of lower quality than the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملنا مع مؤسسه نغمه الحياه لتركيب أبواب خشب، للأمانه شغلهم نظيف ولكنهم لايلتزمون بالمواعيد، غير صادقين في مواعيدهم، فقط منمقين في كلامهم ..وكل كلامهم حاضر يابشا وهم كاذبين ... الى الآن لنا معهم اكثر من ٤ شهور من وقت توقيع العقد وكان الوعد ان يتم التسليم والتركيب في خلال ٤٠ يوم ولكن الى هذا اليوم لم ينتهوا من أشغالهم، يشتغلو يوم واحد فقط في الأسبوع ويغيبو اسبوع او اسبوعين وبعدين يجو، للأسف لايوجد اعتبار لوقت المستلم ولا إحترام للمواعيد... نصيحتي للي يبغى ناس قد كلمتهم لايتعامل معاهم لأنهم اخدو كل المبلغ وماطلونا في التركيب والى الان متأخرين في التشطيبات بسببهم .. وبإذن الله سيتم التبليغ عنهم لأنهم يسيئو لحق المستهلك بالتسليم في الوقت والتأخير .. حسبي الله عليهم
We dealt with Naghmet Al-Hayat Corporation to install wooden doors. To be honest, their work is clean, but they do not abide by deadlines, are not honest in their appointments, only embellished in their words..and all their words are present and they are liars... Until now we have had with them more than 4 months from the time of signing the contract and the promise was To be delivered and installed within 40 days, but to this day they have not finished their work, they work only one day a week and are absent for a week or two and then go, unfortunately, there is no consideration for the recipient’s time and no respect for appointments... They took all the money and they delayed the installation, and so far they are late in finishing because of them.. God willing, they will be reported because they abuse the right of the consumer to deliver on time and delay.. God suffices for them
