★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا بأس متوفر لديهم معظم أدوات الكهرباء والسباكة والمحل على طريق علقة، لم يعجبني طريقة تعامل الموظف البائع، فقد اشتريت أغراض بقيمة في حدود ٤٠٠ ريال وبقيت قطعة زائدة قيمتها ٥ ريالات وعندما طلبت إعادة المبلغ بعد الانتهاء من العمل بعد أيام رفض رفضا قاطعا نظرا لفقد الفاتورة وهو يعرفني ويذكرني، فكان تصرفه غير احترافي وقد أبقيت القطعة عند المحل، وبسبب هذا التصرف لن أشتري من هذا المحل مستقبلا
It’s okay, they have most of the electrical and plumbing tools, and the shop is on Alaqah Road. I did not like the way the salesman was treated. I bought items worth around 400 riyals, and there was an extra piece worth 5 riyals, and when I asked to return the amount after the work was completed a few days later, he categorically refused due to the loss of the invoice. He knows me and reminds me, his behavior was unprofessional and I kept the piece at the store, and because of this behavior I will not buy from this store in the future
