★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان كان شقق مفروشة فاخرة جار عليه الزمن ثم تحول إلى شقق تؤجر بالنظام الشهري ثم تحول إلى شقق يستاجرواها من كان يسكن في الهدد الحاصل في جنوب جدة المكان ليس نظيف للغاية وكذلك أثاث قديم والحراسة فيه ليست بالشكل المطلوب وكذلك النظافة العامة للمكان مهم جدا انه لا يوجد مواقف للسيارات بالشكل الذي يتسع للسكان
