★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد تهربهم من الضمان مع ان المنتج فيه عطل . وعدم التزامهم بارجاع المبلغ او استبدال المنتج الا بعد بلاغ الى وزارة التجارة وتهربهم من حل المشكلة وعند مطالبتي لهم بسياسة الارجاع والاستبدال يقولون مدونه خلف الفاتورة وللاسف لا يوجد شيئ مكتوب خلف الفاتورة لا سياسة استبدال ولا ارجاع والمصيبة يقولون اذهب الى الوكيل وبكيفه يبغى يرجع المنتج او لا والوكيل نفس طريقة البائع يتهرب من الضمان ويطلب موافقة الموزع على الارجاع او الاستبدال حتى يتم ضياع حقوق المشتري بين الموزع والوكيل وكلاً منهم يتخلى عن مسؤوليته تجاه المنتج . بالنسبة للمنتجات الكهربائية الاحظ انه بعض المحلات تعطي ضمان من رؤوسهم مع العلم ان هناك امر صريح وواضح من وزارة التجارة ان ضمان الاجهزة الكهربائية سنتين من تاريخ الشراء ولا يحق للتاجر تحريف او تغيير فترة الضمان . وهو شيئ متعارف عليه والتجارة الزمت موردي الاجهزة الكهربائية بذلك ولكن المحلات لا تحترم الانظمة واللوائح وتقوم بوضع ضمانات على ما تريد والسبب ان وزارة التجارة ليست حازمة في تنفيذ قراراتها على التجار ولو ان التاجر عرف انه سوف يقوم بدفع غرامة لتلاعبه بشروط الضمان والاستبدال والارجاع لما قام بالتهرب والتلاعب . وبعض المحلات تعرض المنتج وتشير الى شرط ضمان مخالف للتعليمات الصادرة من وزارة التجارة والمصيبة ان الوزارة تعلم ولا تلق اي تحرك حول ذلك . لذلك يجب الحذر من التعامل مع بعض المحلات لعدم مصداقيتها وتهربها من المسؤولية بعد البيع . بالتوفيق للجميع

The problem is that they say go to the agent and how should the product be returned or not And the agent in the same way as the seller evades the warranty and requests the distributor’s approval to return or exchange until the buyer’s rights are lost between the distributor and the agent, and each of them abandons his responsibility towards the product. Regarding electrical products, I note that some stores give a guarantee from their heads, knowing that there is an explicit and clear order from the Ministry of Trade that the guarantee of electrical appliances is two years from the date of purchase, and the merchant has no right to distort or change the warranty period. It is a common thing and trade has obligated the suppliers of electrical appliances to do so, but the shops do not respect the rules and regulations and place guarantees on what they want. The reason is that the Ministry of Trade is not strict in implementing its decisions on the merchants, and if the merchant knew that he would pay a fine for tampering with the terms of warranty, replacement and return, he would not have evaded and manipulation. And some stores offer the product and refer to a warranty condition that is contrary to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and the calamity is that the Ministry knows and does not receive any action about that. Therefore, one should beware of dealing with some stores because of their lack of credibility and their evasion of responsibility after the sale. good luck for everbody
