★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم سيء .. لو كان هناك اقل من نجمة لوضعتها لهم .. تركتهم منذ مدة طويلة جدا .. انصح بالشراء من الوكلاء مباشرة .. الاجهزة اصبحت اسعارها عالية جدا والضمان هو الاهم .. غالبا الغير وكيل لا يفيدك بشيء ..
 Their behavior is bad.. if there was less than one star, I would put it for them.. I left them for a very long time.. I recommend buying from agents directly.. The devices have become very high prices and the warranty is the most important.. Often the other than the agent does not help you with anything..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سمعة سيئه وتعامل فظيع ، نكبوني في مكيف واقعد اسبوعين اطارد وراهم لا فني جاني ولا هم عطوني إهتمام إلى إن رميت المكيف واخذت اخر جديد من شركة أخرى ، السديري من أسوء المؤسسات للأجهزة بـ حائل ، للأسف .
Bad reputation and terrible treatment, they put me in an air conditioner and I sat for two weeks, I chased after them. Neither technician nor they gave me attention until I threw the air conditioner and took a new one from another company. Al-Sudairy is one of the worst institutions for devices in Hail, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت موسسه السديري مره اخراء وشتان مابين المعامله الأولى اعطتني انطباع ممتاز وزياره الثانيه اعطتني صوره غيرمرضيه.قبل صلاه العشاء وانا وعائلتي نتفرج على بعض الاجهزه داخل المحل قطع الكهرباء من احد الموظفين وهويرانا داخل المحل والمفروض كغيره ينبه على أن المحل بعدلحضات سوفاء يتم إغلاقه. ولما سئلت لمذا هذا التصرف ردهو ومن معه استراحتنا قليله ماندري اندخن او ...الخ .واختلاف الرأي لايفسدللودقضيه.ويبقا محلنا المضل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف هو الوحيد تقريبًا عندة جميع انواع الاجهزة عشان كذا في استغلال ، التوصيل لقرى حائل ياخذون رسوم حتى لو تشتري بعشرين الف او اكثر، يحاولون فيك انك تجيب فني خارجي لتركيب المكيفات وتدفع شغل يده ، كل مره اجيهم يقول زحمه ما نقدر نركب لك على مدار السنه ، اسعارة اعلى واحد بحائل.
