والغساله متعطله وللحين لها فتره لا صيانه ولا شي
 Very bad in their dealings with maintenance, I put a cooler on them and until now they do not know where it is going!!
The washing machine is out of order and for a while, there is no maintenance or anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ محل تعاملت معه ونصيحة لوجه الله لا تتعاملون معهم والله ان من شهر ونص وحنا ننتظر سبيلت يجينا النحاس حقه والليات وصلنا المكيف بعد ٣ اسابيع من الطلب وناقصه اغراضه وننتظره من قبل عيد الاصحى عشان يوصلونه ويماطلون فينا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم والله لا يربحهم لا دنيا ولا اخره نصب واحتيال ومماطله شطارتهم بس ياخذون فلوس الناس ويسحبون على طلباتهم
The worst store I have ever dealt with, and advice for God’s sake, do not deal with them. By God, it’s been a month and a half and we have been waiting for the copper to come to us. We have arrived at the air-conditioner after 3 weeks of demand and it is missing its things. Nor is the end of it a scam and fraud and their procrastination, but they take people's money and withdraw their requests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جددددداً اخذنا من عندهم غسالة مواعين بكرتونها وحصلنا فيها تمشخات والباب مهشوم راجع على ورا ورفضو يستبدلونها وحطو اننا حنا السبب !!!!!!
Bad, they did it again. We took a dishwasher from them with its cartons and got it smashed and the door was smashed. They went back and refused to replace it. They said that we are the reason!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت بجي واشتري من عندهم تجهيزات كهربائيه والكترونيه منزليه كامله من مكيفات وغسالة وشاشات وثلاجات وغيره الكثير بس من يوم شفت التعليقات السلبيه هونت مفترض عندهم فريق جوده يشتغل على كل الملاحظات ولاكن المشكلة ان كل الملاحظات السلبيه للعملاء لم يتجاوب معها اي احد من الموسسة انا مادري كيف الاستاذ بدران يعلن لهم وهم لم يتعاملو او يحلو المشاكل التي يواجهها العملاء يمكن ان ملاحظات العملاء خيره لي قبل ان اشتري
I would come and buy from them complete electrical and electronic equipment for the home, such as air conditioners, washing machine, screens, refrigerators and many more, but since the day I saw the negative comments, I was supposed to have a quality team working on all the comments, but the problem is that all the negative comments from customers did not respond to any one from the institution. I do not know how the professor Badran announces to them that they did not deal or solve the problems that customers face. Customer feedback can be good for me before I buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوى تعامل مماطله في التوصيل وتجيك اغراضك ناقصه ومختلفه تماما عن اللي طلبته وابلش لين يجيك الباقي منها او يستبدل لك الغلط اللي هم السبب فيه لي اكثر من شهر اطاردهم على 300﷼ والى الان لم يتم تحويل المبلغ ،،، فاشل ولا انصح فيه ابداً علماً اني مشتري من عندهم بقيمة 21 الف ريال
The worst deal is procrastination in delivery and you receive your items incomplete and completely different from what you ordered and I will not pay you the rest of it or replace the mistake that they caused me for more than a month. I chase them at 300﷼ and so far the amount has not been transferred,,, A failure and I never advise it, knowing that I A buyer from them worth 21 thousand riyals

I see all the comments are negative. For me, once, things are fine. I took a new broom, and a large-sized washing machine at a reasonable price. I have two years, a heater, and a portable wardrobe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاسعار بعضها فعلا اقل وبعضها اعلى من المنيع واكسترا وقت التخفيضات والتوصيل يقولك اربع يجيك ست والمكيفات اسعارها بدون تركيب يعني مع التركيب الفرق قليل اخذ من الوكيل نفسه افضل لخدمات مابعد البيع وجودة التركيب والمواعيد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعارهم اقل من الي في السوق وانصح الشراء منهم جميع الاشياء الي تخص الكترونيات سواء ثلاجات جميع الاحجام ومكيفات سبيلت وشباك وافران كهربائيه وغاز ?? واعذروني على جودة الصور وقريبا بمرهم واصورلكم احسن
