سألتهم اكثر من مرة اذا كانوا الفنيين تبعهم او يجيبونهم من برا، وقالوا لي انهم تبعهم.
الفنيين كانوا باكستانية وكانوا سيئيين جدا، كسروا فتحة للمكيف بالجدار اكبر من الازم و وصخوا لي الغرفة، تم تركيب الوحدة الخارجية من دون القواعد المطاطية اللي وظيفتها تمنع الاهتزاز وتثبت المكيف، يستخدمون التيب الابيض لتغطية النحاس ولا يستخدمون التيب الاسود المقاوم للحرارة.
 Unfortunately a very bad experience
I asked them more than once if the technicians followed them or answered them from land, and they told me that they followed them.
The technicians were Pakistani and they were very bad, they broke the hole of the air conditioner in the wall too big and shouted to me the room, the outdoor unit was installed without the rubber feet that prevent vibration and stabilize the air conditioner, they use white pipe to cover the copper and they do not use black heat resistant tape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً.. طلبت من العامل رقم وكيل الضمان وعدني يرسله واتس وسحب عليه وعند الاتصال عليه اكثر من مره لم يجب على الاتصال.. عماله مصريه لايحترمون العميل السعودي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سريع لاكن عليهم ظغط كبير خصوصا بعد رفع رسوم العماله من ١٠٠٠ ريال الى ١٣٠٠٠ ريال ولازم يرفعون انتاجيتهم بدون رفع السعر واذا فيه خطا كلمو صاحب المحل وانتم تعرفون خساسة بعض العمال وقبل تعلق تعليق سلبي كلم المالك وشف تجاوبه
