★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل مكانه صعب بس يستاهل العنوه .. كنت بطلب عن طريق حسابهم على الانستقرام لاني من الشرقية بس خفت اجازف قلت اجي بنفسي اتاكد من الجودة والشغل واعجبني الحمدلله المحل فيه خيارات كثيره والتفصيل بناءاً على طلب العميل واسعاره نوعا ما معقولة مقارنه بغيره بالاضافة الى ان تعامل الاخ صبري كان رائع ، اول مره اجي واكيد مو آخر مره ??
The shop is in a difficult place, but it deserves the title..I was requesting through their Instagram account because I am from the East, but I feared my risk. I said to myself, I make sure of the quality and work, and I liked it. Sabri was great, the first time I came and sure not the last time ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملهم سيء جداً وغير احترافي والشغل مو نظيف أبداً مع العلم أسعارهم جداً عالية، وبعد التسليم تم التواصل مع المحل وإرسال الصور ورفع الشكوى لهم واستمروا بالأسلوب السيء ولم يتم تصليح أي غلط.

رداً على صاحب الحساب نعم تم التواصل ولكن نهائياً لم يتم عرض أي خيار لإصلاح التنفيذ السيء ولم يكن الغرض من المكالمة امتصاص غضب العميل بل كان الاتصال استمراراً لسوء الاسلوب والمعاملة ومحاولة المكابرة! والله على ما أقول شهيد.
Their treatment is very bad and unprofessional, and the work is not clean at all, knowing that their prices are very high. After delivery, the shop was contacted, photos were sent, and the complaint was raised to them, and they continued in the bad manner, and no mistake was fixed.

In response to the account holder, yes, the communication was made, but definitively, no option was presented to fix the bad implementation. The purpose of the call was not to absorb the customer's anger, but the call was a continuation of the bad style, the treatment, and the stubbornness attempt! Allah is the witness for my words.
