★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موزع لمنتج ردي جداً ولا يوجد مصداقية في التعامل وعند التواصل معهم يضع المشكلة على المندوب لي اكثر من ثلاثة اسابيع علشان سخانه خربت والحمدلله انها ما انفجرت مشتريها ما كملت شهر ! والمحل يرميها على الموزع والموزع يرميها على المندوب والمندوب مقفل جواله ولا يرد❗️وأن رد قال الموضوع بالصيانه ❗️
الى متى هذا الاستهتار مع عملائكم ايها الموزع ؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل جيد وبضاعه سيئه تم استبدالها 3 مرات لعطل مصنعي .
وطلبت منهم تغيير المنتج بنوعيه اجود مع العلم انهم قالوا لي هذي اجود منتج ورفضوا.
بس كالعادة بالمحلات بس يكسب زبائن يتردى التعامل .

أنا أعمل في التجارة ولدي أعمال وموظفين وأعلم يقيناً أن العامل أو المستخدم اذا وصل لأن يؤثر سلباً على سمعة المؤسسة، فهو مؤشر قوي لوجود ادارة ومتابعة غير جيدة للأسف .
